Notice is hereby given of the holding of the Annual General Meeting of the Sicilian Association of Queensland Inc, to be held at the 4 Liaw Close, Boondall Q 4034.
This meeting will be held on Sunday 18th September, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
The meeting shall be conducted in accordance with the constitution of the Association and a copy of the proposed Agenda is attached. A copy of this notice/agenda has been posted to all financial members of the Association in the week of 14th August, 2011.
Nominations are welcomed for all positions of Office Bearers and Committee and all nominees, nominators and seconders must be financial members of the association. Nominations must reach the Secretary at least 7 days prior to the date of the meeting and must bear the written and signed consent of the nominee.
A copy of the membership notice, proposed agenda, nomination form and Form of Proxy are provided here.
For attending members, tea and coffee will be provided following the meeting.
